<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expect an effect for a prevention or the like of a secondary disaster by a method wherein when the rotation speed under a normal operation state, is not under the normal operation state compared to location information, a driving mechanism is instantly stopped by judging it as an abnormal state, and at the same time, the state is displayed on an operation means. SOLUTION: On a controller 3, a check program to diagnose rotation information and location information which are induced from detection signals by Hall elements of motors 4a, 4b for a directly operated driving mechanism, and by a displacement sensor of a telescopic arm, is set. Then, e.g. a rotation speed at the time of a normal operation, which is stored in advance, and a rotation speed which calculated by detection signals of Hall elements, are compared, and whether the bed is normally operated or not is judged, and a loading state under the normal operation and a present loading state are judged by comparing them, and in addition, the location information which is induced from a displacement sensor is compared. Then, when being under an abnormal state is judged, the operation is instantly stopped, and the judgement result is displayed on a display means of an at-hand switch 2 in such a manner that a concrete remedy may be taken right away.</p> |
