PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer having highly balanced moldability and mechanical properties such as flexiblity and elastic recovery, etc. SOLUTION: This composition is produced by the dynamic heat-treatment of (A) an ethylene copolymer rubber mixture containing two or more kinds of ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer rubbers wherein at least one of the properties comprising a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C), ethylene content and nonconjugated diene content is different among the above components, (B) an olefin resin and, as required, (C) a mineral oil-based softener in the presence of a crosslinking agent.
