PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a pressed flower-covering sheet capable of covering a pressed flower 2 along the unevenness easily and three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: A transparent heat-fusing synthetic resin film 11 having a number of holes 111, 111... which have an average diameter of 200 to 600μm in their hole sizes, and have a surface area ratio of 3 to 25% is laminated on an air-permeable thin paper 12 having a basis weight of 5-30 g/m<2> . A pressed flower sheet is prepared as follows: the pressed flower-covering sheet 1, which is heat melting, is placed on a base paper 3 with the synthetic film side 11 facing the pressed flower 2, which has been placed on the base paper 3, to cover the pressed flower 2 and the base paper 3 with the pressed flower-covering sheet 1, pressing them under heat to fuse the synthetic rein film 11 while discharging air present between the pressed flower sheet 1 and the base paper 3 through holes 111, 111... formed on the synthetic resin film 11 and through air-permeable thin paper 12, and as a result, the pressed flower sheet 1 and the base paper 3 are fused to each other.
