PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fluidity of a toner between an electrode substrate and a toner hold roller and prevent adhesion of the toner. SOLUTION: In order to supply a toner charge body to opening parts 5 of an aperture electrode body 1, a charge body-holding roller is arranged to be in touch with the aperture electrode body 1 near the opening parts 5. As a result, a contact pressure at a contact part to the charge body-holding roller is eased by grooves 41 formed in the vicinity of the opening parts 5 and moreover, a gap is brought about by the grooves 41 between the charge body-holding roller and the aperture electrode body 1, so that fluidity of the toner at the gap between the charge body-holding roller and aperture electrode body 1 is increased and adhesion of the toner at the contact part to the charge body- holding roller is prevented. |
