<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous annealing and pickling method capable of improving the unit consumption of the acid, and mitigating the regulation of the manufacture of stainless steel per one chance. SOLUTION: A same apparatus line L is used for both the annealing and pickling treatment of a stainless steel, but also for the annealing treatment of a cold-rolled steel plate. During the annealing and pickling treatment of the stainless steel plate, the acid cleaning solution S in a pickling tank 2 removes impurities such as iron out of the pickling solution in circulation while the solution is circulated through circulation passages 6, 10, 13. During the annealing treatment of the cold-rolled steel plate, the pickling solution S in the pickling tank 2 is transferred making use of a fist buffer tank 7, the impurities such as iron are removed out of the pickling solution S by a collecting and pickling apparatus 11, and only the usable and clean pickling solution is returned to the pickling tank 2.</p> |
