The dispenser has a restraint (M) which uses a ratchet (13) which is hinged elastically under one of the arms of the spool carrier (6) and in front of it. The ratchet engages with a cam (16) which is attached to one end plate of the roller (3). The restraint acts to prevent a violent pull onto the spool of drying material and the spool is moved inside the dispenser by a sliding motion. |
