The system comprises a conduit which defines an inner tube 1 via which the liquid to be cooled circulates and an outer tube 2 joined to the previous one by means of intermediate walls 3 which together with the former define two independent cavities 4 and 5. The system also comprises means intended for coupling on the ends of the cavities 4 and 5; said means place the cavities 4 and 5 in communication via one of their ends and couple each one of them, via the opposite end, to a conduit 6 via which a cooled liquid circulates. The conduit 6 passes via a refrigeration unit 6a and, therein, there is an interposed pump 6b which impels the cooled fluid via its inside. The conduit 6 defines, together with the cavities 4 and 5, a closed circuit, the cavities 4 and 5, respectively, forming the outward and return path for the cooled fluid. <IMAGE>
