The present invention refers to a support for wind musical instruments or, in general, for any other objects. According to the invention, the support consists of a lower leg (1) of given thickness and width, which has a cutting (a) whose depth is 2/3 of the thickness of the leg and the width is equal to the width of the leg, as well as a screw thread (b) that supports an upper leg (2) of the same thickness. In its turn, the upper leg (2) has a cutting (c), whose depth is 1/3 of the thickness of the leg, and a bore (d) that is bigger than the above mentioned screw thread. The support legs are tightened by means of a central column which has, in its turn, a screw thread (e) and a shoulder (f). From the folded position in which the value of the φ angle between the legs (1) and (2) is 0, the upper leg rotates with the angle φ = 90 degrees, and then the assembly made up of the lower and upper legs is tightened by means of the screw thread of the central column, by rotating the column. The collapsible support described above has the advantage that it enables the significant reduction of the overall dimensions, due to its folded position during transport.
