A liquid pressing mechanism, comprising a fixed cylindrical body (11) having a saw blade-like cam groove (11e) and forming a female thread part (11d) at the top end part thereof, a delivery body (12) forming a cantilever spring-like cam part (12f) which is fitted rotatably into the fixed cylindrical body (11) and engaged with the cam groove (11e) for restricting its rotation in one direction only, a screw bar (13) which is inserted into an inserting hole (12h) provided in the delivery body (12) movably in longitudinal direction and nonrotatably and forms, on the peripheral surface thereof, a male thread part (13a) which is screwed into the female thread part (11d) of the fixed cylindrical body (11), and a piston (14) which is fixed to the top end part of the screw bar (13) projected forward from the female part of the fixed cylindrical body (11) and inserted slidably to the inside of the fixed cylindrical body (11) while maintaining fluid-tightness.
