PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure enabling fitting of a spike with one operation and easy removing of the spike without requiring specific jigs, which can be obtained at low costs. SOLUTION: The fitting structure comprises a spike fitting mount 1 provided on a shoe sole, and the spike 2 fitted to the spike fitting mount 1. The spike 2 is pushed against the spike fitting mount 1 so as to be locked in a fitted state, and turned 90 degrees by a removing jig so that the lock is released.
