PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely fix an X-ray detecting means which is composed of semiconductor pixels and a scattered X-ray removing means which is composed of a grid even when both of them are used in combination and to efficiently obtain an excellent image. SOLUTION: To prescribe the position of the grid, a groove part 21b is provided on the flank of a housing 21, a projection streak part is fitted in the groove part 21b, and then the grid unit has the position of rotation on an axis perpendicular to the detection surface of the X-ray image detection panel 24 restricted about the housing 21. Further, a projection part 21c is provided at a corner part of the internal wall of the housing 21 and engages a corner part 23a of a base 23, which has its position of rotation on the axis perpendicular to the detection surface of the X-ray detection panel 24 restricted about the housing 21.
