PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embed watermark information without damaging quality as MIDI data by providing a watermark information embedding means or the like for embedding divided watermark information, which is divided and copied by a watermark information dividing and copying means, into an event detected by a change event detecting means. SOLUTION: Watermark information 2 is divided by a dividing and copying means 8, and plural pieces of divided watermark information are copied and embedded with plural sound volume densities. At such a time, watermark embedding position information 4 outputted from a watermark embedding position selecting means 6 is outputted to a change event detecting means 7 as well, and a velocity or volume system control event corresponding to the watermark embedding position information 4 is detected. Then, the divided watermark information divided/copied by the dividing and copying means 8 is embedded into the velocity or volume system control event designated by the change event detecting means 7 in respect to the inputted MIDI data by the water mark information embedding means 9. |
