PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the assembling work to a carriage frame by using a connecting plate which is connected to the base part of a caliper body and the carriage frame and functions as a leaf spring elastic in the rotor shaft direction in a caliber connecting means. SOLUTION: A connecting flange 32d used for connecting a caliper body 32 to a carriage frame 34 is projectedly provided in the base part of the caliper body 32. A connecting flange 34a for connecting the caliper body 32 is projectedly provided in the carriage frame 34. The caliper connecting means 36 is a connecting plate which has one end connected to the connecting flange 32d in the base part of the caliper body 32 and the other end connected to the connecting flange 34a in the base part of the carriage frame 34. The connecting plate 36 is used with its surface set vertically so as to be functioned as the leaf spring whose one end side can elastically displace in the rotor shaft direction. This constitution can reduce the number of components and the assembling manhour so as to reduce the manufacturing cost and shorten the time for assembling it to the carriage frame 34.
