A cell and structure incubator capable of providing a physical stimulation necessary for the growth and development of a cultivated matter, that is, cultivated cells and structures to realize a specified culture and protecting the cultivated matter against a contamination by unwanted bacteria, comprising the cultivated matter (matrix 18) formed in a tubular shape, a chamber (culture chamber 8) storing the cultivated matter, a circulating passage (first circulating passage 32) connected to the cultivated matter and circulating the culture solution to the inside of the cultivated matter, a pump (tube pump 36) for controlling the flow velocity of the culture solution, and a control means (controller 60), wherein the culture solution (30) with different flows is supplied to the inside and outside of the cultivated matter to provide any physical stimulation to the cultivated matter, that is, the cultivated cells and structures, whereby a specified cultivation can be realized, and the cultivated matter can be protected against the contamination by unwanted bacteria.
