摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indirect measuring method of physical signal which is hard to be measured by direct method, and to ensure a reliable precise reading by measuring the value of a physical signal which is taken out from a physical signal to be monitored, and acting in the same manner as the physical signal to be monitored but having only a slight influence on the physical signal to be monitored. SOLUTION: Values of contraction stage, dilation stage and heart beat are judged. While air is slowly discharged from an armband through the pin of a secondary discharge block 9, a controller block 18 operates a first processor for executing a first rule set FUZZY1. Whether a heart beat is caused or not is transmitted by a signal. When the first heart beat is present, the control block 18 records the first pressure value corresponding to the value of the contraction stage pressure, and measure the heart beat. A value in an output converter block 7 is opened, and the armband is contracted at a high speed. When the value is closed, the first processor is operated again to detect the presence of heart beat. In the respective heart beats, the controller block 18 records the corresponding pressure values.</p>
