PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generator capable of generating two monocolor X-ray beams with high energy resolution. SOLUTION: An electron beam source 1 emits a pulse type electron beam 4. A laser optical system 2 emits the first and the second pulse laser lights 2A and 2B synchronizing with the emission of the pulse type electron beam 4 so as to collide with the pulse type electron beam 4 emitted from the electron beam source 1. By the collision, a monocolor X-ray is generated. By letting the electron beam and the laser beam collide, the monocolor X-ray can be made. Also, by making the two laser light with different conditions collide with the electron beam, two X-rays of different energies can be generated. |
