PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that a vehicle entered in a specified area and also to decide the start of charging via an on-vehicle machine by using a position information notification means and a charging value data transmission means which are placed in the specific area and a charging means which is mounted on the vehicle and performs the charging processing to an IC card. SOLUTION: A position notification means 8 and a charging data notification means 10 are placed in a specified area 7, and an on-vehicle machine 6 includes a map database where the position of the area 7 is recorded. A charging processing decision device decides whether a vehicle 1 entered the area 7 based on the current position information which are obtained from the means 8, extracts the charging value from the received charging request data if the vehicle 1 entered in the area 7 and performs the charging processing to an IC card. In this case, the charging request data are converted into the radio signals by the means 10 and broadcast to the vehicle 1 existing in the area 7 through an antenna 11. Then the machine 6 receives the charging request data and extracts the charging amount data. |
