<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent data inside a memory cell from being lost by a human error and to guarantee the data even in the case that a fault is generated by controlling a main power source and a DC power source so as not to manually and automatically turn OFF the DC power source for the memory cell connected to the main power source in the case that the data can not be preserved by a battery. SOLUTION: The abnormality and fault of the battery detected in a battery abnormality detection circuit 10 are transmitted to a power source control circuit 5 provided inside a power source control circuit block 3 as battery abnormality signals 7. In the case that the power source control circuit 5 receives the battery abnormality signals 7, even when external power source feed signals 2 are turned OFF, it is suppressed, a power source disconnection circuit is kept ON without outputting the OFF signals of the main power source, AC power is continuously supplied to the DC power source 6 and the DC power source 6 is operated. Thus, a battery backup state is not attained, effective power is supplied to the memory cell and the data held inside are guaranteed.</p> |
