SURFACE ACOUSTIC WAVE FILTER USING LTCC PACKAGE WHOSE SIZE IS REDUCED TO HALF

PURPOSE: A surface acoustic wave filter using an LTCC package is provided to reduce the size of the LTCC package and increase the efficiency by utilizing the LTCC package. CONSTITUTION: An LTCC package includes passive elements such as a capacitor, a resistor, and an inductor. A surface acoustic wave filter(20) which is installed on the LTCC package in reverse direction in order to remove a plurality of pads, which are electrically connected by a bonding wire. The LTCC package and the reverse directional surface acoustic wave filter(20) are adhered each other by using wire bonding balls(31) of the LTCC package.
