PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation and breakage of a piping member caused by a high temperature by arranging a first passage for circulating compressed air to one supplied material bypassing desiccating agent, and a second passage for circulating compressed air to the other supplied material without bypassing the desiccating agent, in an air dryer in which the desiccating agent is filled. SOLUTION: In the case where a car height is regulated utilizing an air suspension device, it is judged from an output of a car height sensor whether the car height is high or low. In the case where the car height is high, compressed air of a gas spring in the air suspension device is exhausted bypassing exhaust valves 31, 32 without operating a compressor 1. In this time, compressed air is passed through desiccant 27 in the air dryer 9, and thereby, the desiccating agent is dried, and is regenerated. On the other hand, in the case where the car height is low, the compressor 1 is driven, air compressed by a piston 6 is supplied to the gas spring after air is dried by the desiccating agent. In the case where the compressed air is used for using up, the compressed air is passed a passage 28a for not bypassing the desiccating agent, and is supplied to a demand destination bypassing an outside supplying piping 10.
