PURPOSE:To effectively wash off rosin flux and other unnecessary materials remaining on a printed circuit board without using harmful substances such as fluorocarbons and chlorocarbons. CONSTITUTION:The objective cleaning fluid for printed circuit board is composed of a cyclic ester compound of formula 1 and a nonionic surfactant. The nonionic surfactant has an HLB of preferably 8-14 and its amount is preferably <=40wt.%. A printed circuit board can be excellently cleaned by washing the board with the cleaning fluid at 30-60 deg.C and rinsing with water. |
