FIELD: milling grain. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with unloading branch pipe. Located in housing are hollow truncated cones revolving in opposite directions which direct grain to circular milling zone formed by clearance between wide bases of cones. Machine is also provided with two loading branch pipes for feeding grain to cavities of cones. Arranged inside revolving cones are fixed hollow cones with abrasive members on their outer surface for hulling grain during acceleration. Loading branch pipes are provided with injectors. Fan blades are secured in wide bases of revolving cones. Air discharge branch pipes are secured to lesser bases of fixed cones for removal of waste. Injectors create aerodynamic flow together with fan blades in direction from loading branch pipes to air discharge branch pipes. Revolving cones are mounted on sliding bearings for longitudinal motion of cones for effective chamber of control of removal of grain hulls, fractional separation of hulls and grain and required fineness of milling.
