PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate multimedia and hypermedia information coding experts group(MHEG) information synchronized with videos. SOLUTION: A contents preparing part 21 prepares contents corresponding to videos (the program of television broadcast) and outputs them to a contents managing part 24. A scenario preparing part 22 prepares a scenario, which is composed of plural scenes and synchronized with the prescribed timing of videos, and outputs it to a scenario managing part 25. A scene preparing part 23 prepares a scene (page) by combining objects composed of text information, image information or operating buttons and outputs it to a scene managing part 26. The contents managing part 24, the scenario managing part 25 and the scene managing part 26 set the directories of contents, scenario and scene. |
