PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost X-ray photographing device to produce photography, equivalent to that of a device equipped with two conventional kinds of CCD camera (1k camera and 2k camera), only by one CCD camera (camera using an image pickup device consisting of a charge coupled device). SOLUTION: An X-ray image transmitted through a sample 3 is converted into visible light which is inputted to a 2k camera 7. The electric signal of the 2k camera 7 is converted from analog to digital to generate digital X-ray photographic image data divided into about 2,000×2,000 pixels. To photograph an image of high resolution, the signal of the 2k camera 7 is inputted to a computing element 9 as it is. For photography which requires fast processing and a large amount of image storage, image data of about 2,000×2,000 pixels from the 2k camera 7 are inputted temporarily to a pixel converting circuit 14, which obtains averaging of data of two horizontally adjacent pixels and two vertical pixels at all image positions, i.e., four pixel data in total and inputs an image of about 1,000×1,000 pixels to the computing element 9. The X-ray photographic image data inputted to the computing element 9 are displayed on an image display 11 after various image processings. |
