PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly pile up and properly arrange ejected sheets while preventing them from jamming. SOLUTION: By forming either one of a paper sheet ejecting carrying roller 9a or a paper sheet ejecting idler roller 9b of non-insulating material, transfer paper sheet S is ejected to a paper ejecting tray 8 while decreasing the electrification amount of the paper sheet S electrified by friction. Thus, the paper sheet S is surely piled up in the tray 8. The volume resistivity of either the roller 9a or the roller 9b used as a paper ejecting carrying means 9 in such a case is set to <=10 GΩcm, so that an insulating state is avoided and carrying ability for the paper sheet S is improved.
