<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption suppressing circuit which can increase the suppression effect of power consumption and convert a supply voltage at a high speed in the transition from a standby mode to an activation mode. SOLUTION: This circuit is constituted including a PMOS transistor Q11 and NMOS transistor Q14 which are turned ON in the activation mode and OFF in the standby mode and sleep mode, a CMOS inverter CV which selectively outputs a voltage in the standby mode, an NMOS transistor Q15 and a PMOS transistor Q16 which have specific resistance values and are turned ON and OFF selectively, a control part S1 which turns the NMOS transistor Q15 ON in the standby mode and OFF in the sleep mode, and a control part S2 which turns the PMOS transistor Q16 On in the standby mode and OFF in the sleep mode.</p> |
