PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical mutual connecting device excellent in manufacturing property, characteristic and reliability. SOLUTION: An optical mutual connecting device is so constructed that plural internal optical fibers are connected to each other in such a manner as to be different in arrangement between the input and output terminals. Bundle-shaped including tape-shaped optical fiber array parts 2-17 and an optical fiber three-dimensional wiring part 1 where optical fibers are wired in three dimensions by crossing and stacking are formed.
