PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent for measuring an anti phospholipid antibody which is applicable to general biochemical automatic analysis, thereby enabling quick, simple and highly objective measurement for a high volume of antibodies. SOLUTION: A lipid antigen of cardiolipin and lecithin is carried by an insoluble carrier, preferably via a denatured serum albumin such as alkylated serum albumin or the like. The lipid antigen is carried after the denatured serum albumin is carried by the insoluble carrier. Or the lipid antigen is carried by the insoluble carrier after forming a complex with the denatured serum albumin. The lipid antigen consists of 0.01-1μg cardiolipin and lecithin of 5-15 times the cardiolipin with respect to 10μg insoluble carrier.
