PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive survey device that is not limited by the shape of an article to be measured, is capable of measuring even if an ambient radiation level is high, and reduces the load on a measurement operator. SOLUTION: A balancing part 7 for generating no move is installed in a truck, and one terminal of the arm part is mounted to the balancing part 7. An attachment is mounted to the other terminal of the arm part, and further a radiation detector 6 is mounted to the attachment to detect the radiation constituent of an object to be measured. Then, based on a measurement signal being detected by the radiation detector 6 of a survey device 20, the presence or absence of the radiation contamination of the above object to be measured is judged by a data processing part 2 in an article carry-out monitor device 10.
