PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deal wish the case even when an offer of real-target information is delayed for its reservation time information while recording operation based on the reservation time information is executed and to record only the target information on a record medium without waste. SOLUTION: This device is an information recorder performing reservation information recording operation starting/ending the recording operation of an information signal on toe record medium based on reserved recording start time and recording end time. This device is provided with a change command means 101 issuing the change command of the recording end time and recording control means (100, 5) performing reservation information recording control containing the control changing the recording end time according to a change command after the recording start time elapses and recording the information signal after the recording end time elapses on the record medium.
