PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct the multiplex system of hot standby or the like by permitting the use of the same address for a plurality of systems on the same network while permitting the application of the same address to the plurality of systems on the network and distinguishing that address from the unique address of a connected adapter or plural states. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a table 3 for setting address information for permitting overlapping with any one of plural states while being connected with a network through an adapter 4, to which the unique address is applied on the network, and a means 2 for fetching data when data on the network are matched with the unique address set to the table 3 and transmitting these data while setting the unique address set to the table 3 in the transmission. In this case, a MAC address and an IP address are defined as the unique address which is an address (system address IPA, for example,) for permitting overlapping with an active or inactive state as address information for permitting overlapping with any one of plural states. |
