SOLUTION: When a CPU 2 receives a caller number sent via a public telephone line by caller number notice service and specifies a telephone number and discriminates the specified telephone number to be a general subscriber telephone number, after the CPU 2 confirms the general subscriber telephone number to the caller by a voice message, specifies an address and a name registered in cross reference with the telephone number in a telephone number relating table, allows a voice synthesis section 10 to utter a voice message urging the input of a delivery desired date and time and registers the delivery desired date and time entered by a voice input, a slip number, the telephone number, the address and the name to a delivery reservation management table stored in a storage device 8 as a reservation record. |
