PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To divide a sentence into clauses or words with a simple processing before the analysis of a morpheme. SOLUTION: The bit of the combination matrix of a first character and a second character is set with the partial character string of two continuous characters extracted from a word registered in a word dictionary used for the analysis of a morpheme. When the bit is set by all the partial character strings of all the words, it is found that the first character and the second character have no possibility of the partial character string in the same word in the case of the combination where the bit is not set. Then, the sentence can be divided. Since a processing is carried out only by extracting the two characters and retrieving a table, processing speed is considerably higher than that for analysis of the morpheme. |
