Row of blades comprises two groups (1a,1b,1c; 2a,2b,2c) of different shading blades alternately arranged with blades of one group able to tilt in same direction and relative to other group in opposite direction. First group can have solar energy converting and/or light collecting elements. Mutual swivel movement of the groups is controlled dependent on state of the sun so that within a swivel area containing closed state of row; the opposite areas of adjoining blades remain shadow-free in the projection of the sunlight
