The cylinder incorporates the following characteristic features: a) a radial collar (10) of the guide sleeve (7) is fitted almost bindingly into the housing (2); b) the seal (9) between the face of the guide sleeve (7) and a step (8) of the bore (3) is fitted with a clearance (x); c) there is a safety arrangement (21) against pull-out located between the guide sleeve and the piston rod (19). d) the piston rod is sealed in the guide sleeve by means of a seal (24); a compression spring (14a) is positioned between the piston (5) and the cylinder housing (2).
