<p>The invention concerns a system for installing several extensions (2) on a common telephone line (3) which nevertheless enables communication with each extension specifically, wherein a caller transmits a supplementary number for designating the extension. In such a case, each extension is provided with a directing and selecting circuit (4) enabling it to know whether the extension is selected by processing (26) said additional designation number, thereby easily solving the problems of cohabitation on a common physical telephone line with several installations whereof the specific applications and modes are different, even antagonistic.</p> |
