The surface component is filled with a material (38) comprising powder and sand or granulate. The channel spaces (34,36) are closed at their open ends. The surface component contains at least two corrugated strips (14,16) which are so connected to one another that the channel spaces of the adjacent corrugated strips cross one another. The filling material (38) consists of immovable sand material (40) between which is limitedly movable powder material (44,46). The corrugated cardboard surface contains three corrugated strips (14,16,12). The central corrugated strip (12) has a smaller corrugation height than the two outer strips.
