摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both of resistance against filiform corrosion and water resistance by forming an Al oxide film of specified thickness on the surface, then a resin film by anion electrodeposition coating thereon, and further a coating film except for cation electrodeposition coating thereon. SOLUTION: This Al alloy material 7 for carrier is produced by forming an extremely thin Al oxide film 2 of 50 to 1000Åthickness on the surface of an Al alloy material 1, then forming an anion coating film 3 thereon, and further forming a coating film 4 except for cation electrodeposition coating thereon. The coating film 4 consists of, for example, an intermediate coating film 5 and a top coating film 6 produced by spray coating or the like except for cation electrodeposition coating. The anion coating film 3 formed on the Al oxide film 2 is selected from resins such as an epoxy resin and its thickness is preferably 1 to 30μm. The Al alloy material to be used is an O-series material of a normal tempered material or solution-treated material, and preferably, it has >=200 N/mm<2> tensile strength and >=90 N/mm<2> proof stress.
