PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a film, the external appearance before setting up of which is favorable and which is excellent in an impact resistance, a blocking resistance and the like by a method wherein the respective predetermined resin films, which are formed on both the sides of a vinyl chloride-based resin film and respectively have the predetermined thickness, include the specified mixture resin represented by a formula under the specified conditions and the content of the specified elastic body is set to be the specified value. SOLUTION: This film is a vinyl chloride-based resin film, on one side of which a film made of an anticlouding agent composition including a silica, an alumina sol and a binder is formed and on the other side of which an acrylic resin film having a thickness of 1-10μm. The acrylic resin has a graft copolymer having a crosslinked alkyl(meth)acrylate-based elastic body as its body, which is obtained by polymerizing an alkyl acrylate monomer, an alkyl methacrylate monomer represented by the formula I or their mixture or an alkyl(meth)acrylate mixture. The percentage of the crosslinked alkyl(meth) acrylate-based elastic body in a resin is set to be 5-80 wt.%. In the formula, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and (n) is an integer from 1 through 12.
