<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce multiple-stage torque limit values with a small-sized torque limiter device that makes lower noises and saves time in changing over these torque limit values. SOLUTION: A torque limiter device 1 comprises a main driving gear 2, a magnet retaining plate 3, a magnet 4, a first driven gear 5, a first hysteresis plate 6, a second driven gear 7, a second hysteresis plate 8, an idler shaft 9 and a felt 14. The main driving gear 2, first driven gear 5 and second driven gear 7 are disposed round the idler shaft 9 for rotation. The main driving gear 2, first driven gear 5 and second driven gear 7 are molds containing the magnet retaining plate 3, the first hysteresis plate 6 and the second hysteresis plate 7 respectively as inserts. On the magnet retaining plate 3, the magnet 4 is fixed, in opposition to which the first and second driven gears 5 and 7 are placed parallel to each other and supported on the idler shaft 9 rotatably.</p> |
