PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove rubber bearing body from molds in a short time after vulcanization molding, without damaging the surface of the rubber bearing body and the surfaces of the molds. SOLUTION: A flexible metallic thin plate 21 is laid on the surface of a lower mold spacer 36 except an insert projection 36a. An unvulcanized rubber laminate 10a is held in the inside surrounded by an intermediate mold spacer 34 and the lower mold spacer. A flexible metallic thin plate 22 is placed also on the upper surface of the unvulcanized rubber laminate and extended onto the upper end face of an intermediate mold 33. When rubber support 10 is taken out of a mold 30 after vulcanization molding, an upper mold 31, the lower mold 35, and the metallic thin plates 21, 22 do not cling to one another, and since each of the metallic thin plates have flexibility, the plates can be peeled easily from rubber thin plates 15, 18 bonded to upper and lower mounting plates 11, 13, by turning the plates over from one end at each of four corners. Therefore, a product can be easily removed from the mold 30. |
