PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To steadily control the rotation of a revolution body and an automation shaft, and to certainly support the autorotation shaft. SOLUTION: The revolution speed of a revolution bulkhead 5 supported rotatably around a shield axial center in the front part of a shield body 1 is set three times as fast in a reverse direction as the rotation of an autorotation shaft 8 which is arranged at the eccentric position of the revolution bulkhead 5 and rotates a cutter head 2. In this case, the revolution bulkhead 5 is provided with a front bearing 7 to support the autorotation shaft 8 and moreover an external gear for revolution 14 meshed with a drive gear 13 driven by a cutter drive motor 11 and an internal gear for automation 15, and a planetary gear for autorotation 16 meshed with the internal gear for autorotation 15 is fixed to the autorotation shaft 8, and a revolution support wall 22 revoluted contemporarily with the revolution bulkhead 5 is arranged in a rear part of the bulkhead 5, and the revolution support wall 22 is provided with a rear bearing 23 to support the autorotation shaft 8. |
