PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an eaves of large protruded dimension without increasing man-hours at a construction site. SOLUTION: A plurality of triangular trusses 41 each formed by a horizontal member 411, a vertical member 412 and a slant member 413 are arrayed in parallel, a roof board 46 are spread over the triangular trusses 41 and struts 414 are arranged between the middle of the horizontal member 411 of the triangular truss 41 and the middle of the slant member 413. Tie frame materials 44 for the joint of wall panels 21 for an upstairs living room unit to lower structures are arranged right under the struts 414 of the triangular trusses 41 to be perpendicular to the triangular trusses 41 and joined to the horizontal member 411 of the triangular trusses 41 so as to tie the triangular trusses 41 to each other.
