PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compound having a functional group capable of being utilized as a bond between a spacer and a high molecular compound, capable of improving a measurement accuracy and useful for immunological measurement or the like by allowing the compound to have a specific chemical structure. SOLUTION: This compound has a structure of formula I [R is a (branched) 1-4C alkyl; (n) is 1-10] and exemplified by the compound of formula II. Preferably, an antigen is produced by preparing a conjugation of the compound with a high molecular compound such as a hemocyanin of Macroschisma sinensis and a bovine serum albumin, or a labeling material, or binding the compound with the high molecular compound, and an antibody showing reactivity to compounds of formulas III and/or IV is produced by using the obtained antigen. The antibody (fragment) is preferably produced from a hybridoma deposited as FERM P-16696 or FERM P-16697.
