PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make visible from the treading surface side a sole component being fitted inside a sole and different in quality and/or color therefrom and to facilitate removal of a film formed on the surface of the sole component, after the sole is molded, on the occasion when the sole is molded by injecting or casting polyurethane resin. SOLUTION: A projecting part is provided on the surface of a heel part of a bottom mold 3 being a molding tool and a bite-off teeth are formed in the surface of the projecting part. After polyurethane resin is injected or cast, the tips of the bite-off teeth press the surface of a sole component 14 fitted to a heel part of insole cloth 13 of uppers 12 of a sole and bite off a thin resin layer 15 formed on the surface of the sole component 14. The thin resin layer 15 bitten off is removed after the sole is molded and thereby the surface of the sole component 14 is exposed to the treading surface side. |
