PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract beverage such as coffee having excellent flavor by composing of a holder obtained by connecting trapezoid pieces in the shape of the upper part of a reverse triangular pyramid and a filter obtained by connecting triangular pieces made of water-permeable filter medium sheets in the form of a reverse triangular pyramid so as to simply cook coffee from coffee beans particles. SOLUTION: Relating to the holder H, three trapezoid pieces are connected at side edges so as to have such a shape as winds the upper part of the reverse triangular pyramid. Japanese paper or nonwoven fabric can be used as a filter material. The filter F is a square filter paper whose four corners are rounded and which is divided into four triangular pieces in the same shape by orthogonal diagonals. This is folded to obtain the filter F before using. At the time of use, the holder H is stably set to the edge of a cup C and next, the filter F is set to the holder H so that the outer periphery of the filter F may be in uniform contact with the inner periphery of the holder. Then the coffee bean particles B are filled into the filter F. |
