PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the non-discoloring properties and the non-viscosity at a high temperature with an appearance of stainless steel by applying transparent coating composed mainly of a mixture of a specific heat resistant resin and a specific fluororesin formed on a ferrite stainless steel plate containing a specific amount of Al or Si, on a surface. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant, non-viscous transparent coating film is formed on the surface of a ferrite stainless steel plate containing 4.5-6.0 atomic % Al or Si on the surface by an element analysis based on an X-ray photoelectronic analysis method. The heat-resistant, non-viscous transparent coating film is made of a transparent coating composed mainly of a mixture of one kind of heat-resistant resin selected from a polyether sulfone resin and a polyphenyl sulfide resin and one kind or two kinds or more of fluororesin selected from a polytetrafluoro ethylene resin and a perfluoroalkylvinyl ethertetrafluoroethylene copolymer. The heat-resistant resin and the fluororesin are in the mixing ratio of 40:60 to 70:30 in terms of weight ratio, preferably 50:50 to 60:40. Thus it is possible to obtain the reliable properties of the transparent coating film. |
