The invention concerns a vehicle safety seat, having at least a seating part and a back. Said seat comprises means (5, 6, 14, 18) arranged, in case of an impact and by the effect of inertia of the seated person, to move at least the seating surface or the back surface in contact with said seated person, in a non-elastic manner and so as to confer to said surface a safety configuration. The invention is applicable to motor vehicles. |
