FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making larynx resection. Trachea is resected concurrently with larynx resection. Endoprosthesis is set in larynx and trachea lumen. Organ integrity is restored by means of periosteospongious autograft taken from manubrium sterni and corpus sterni on feeding muscular pedicles. The wound is sutured tightly without tracheo- or laryngostoma formed. EFFECT: provided early rehabilitation of larynx and trachea. 7 dwg
