A method for preparing vinyl containing charcoal is provided to improve adhesion, to prevent the formation of pore on surface and to enhance the storage stability of the product accommodated in the vinyl. A method for preparing vinyl containing charcoal comprises the steps of (11) pulverizing charcoal; (12) mixing 1-10 wt% of the obtained charcoal powder, 0.5-1 wt% of a dispersant, and the balance of a resin; (13) injecting the mixture into an evaporator to heat at a temperature of 80-90 deg.C, thereby removing the moisture contained in the mixture; (14) injecting the mixture into an extrude to mold it into a chip; and (15) injecting the obtained chip into a vinyl extruder to mold it into the film-shaped vinyl having certain width and thickness. |
